Privacy policy

Last updated: April 2026

This privacy policy explains what information zpersona ("zpersona," "we," "us") collects about you when you visit zpersona.com or engage with us in a commercial context, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We deliberately collect as little as possible.

1. Scope

This policy covers the zpersona.com website and related marketing activity. It does not cover the zpersona product when it is deployed inside your environment under a separate contract — in that deployment, your operational data never leaves your perimeter.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share contact information with data brokers. We do not use website visitor data to train machine-learning models.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK residents)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (where you voluntarily send us your contact information to request follow-up), our legitimate interest in running a secure website and corresponding with prospective customers, and the performance of a contract during a paid engagement.

5. Retention

We keep inbound sales correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, plus a reasonable archival window. Server and edge logs are retained for a short operational period and then rotated out. On request we will delete identifiable records except where retention is required by law.

6. Service providers we rely on

Each provider is under its own privacy program and contract. We choose providers that meet the expectations of our regulated-industry customers.

7. International transfers

We are a US-based company. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework commitments of our service providers, or standard contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@zpersona.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing (note: we do not sell personal information).

9. Children

zpersona is a business-to-business product. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be surfaced in direct correspondence with active customers.
